Seemed like they try to get everyone and anyone in the door; it's a numbers game. They are losing employees so frequently that they have to keep hiring more to stay in business. Also they talk about a number of companies that they represent but really they mainly do DirecTV.

I applied for the job online and was called the next day for an interview with the CEO, Jerred Turner. Jerred was super nice and made the interview comfortable and fun. He explained the job position and the opportunity for growth with the company, and asked questions about my previous job experience and my goals. The whole interview was about an hour long. I was offered a job and accepted the position.

Interview
Walked in the office not knowing what to expect. The overall look of the office was nice and clean. Very professional. Came in early to fill out some paperwork. Once finished, Jerred Turner came out and introduced himself, brought us to another room were we began the interview. He went through how the business works and what it takes to become a Manager. The overall of the interview went great!
