There are absolutely no pros to this job.

Cons

The atmosphere was super nagative. This was supposed to be like a pyramid kind of business. U biult your team of 5, and sold 25 packages whithin 1 month and u escaleted to get your own office and start your own business with your team. But in the six months that i was there ONE person moved up. And when he did, he completely failed. Its a total squeme.

Good People. Everyone helped each other build and Network.

Cons

I came across the country for a job I thought I would be paid more for, then what I was making. I ended up making less and could not even get 40 hours a week and over time was unheard of. I started and the day after I realized what I was getting paid so I immediately started looking for another job. Point is I moved across the country believing I was going to start as a junior manager and made less then 9.50 per hour. I was quit mad!

Learn how to approach people and pitch them quickly while trying out different sales techniques. Typically fast paced and different everyday

Cons

Double check your paychecks! Owner and I agreed on a certain Salary and did not pay out as agreed. Also, if you can't hear the word "NO" - Run!
