Interview
It was very laidback and informative on what's actually expected of assistants. It was also with the agent themself, so it was a more personalized experience with regards to the questions asked and discussion in general.
Interview process is fairly typical for book publishing. There will be questions about your organization and workflow process skills as well as what you like to read and your most recent books.

Standard interview process that did not involve deeper level questions that would have been more meaningful for finding a great potential candidate. Interviewer was very casual but after interview was critical that the interviewee was not professional enough.
