      The interview process is pretty normal. I've applied to this company a few times and I've never made it to the in-person interview, but prior to that there is a 15-minute phone screening with a recruiter followed by an hour-long phone interview. The first 30 minutes was a personal chat to learn more about who you are, where you've been, and where you want to go and it's with a Technical Support Engineer Manager. The next 30 minutes was with a supervisor and it was more technical. The ask some brain teasers to figure out how you think, so be prepared to answer questions that don't seem necessarily related to the job. Overall it's welcoming, friendly and not really challenging. A lot of people apply to work here so don't take it too personally if you don't make it to the in-person. It doesn't mean you're not qualified, just keep trying.

The process took 2 weeks.I interviewed at New Relic in March 2024 Interview First round was technical round covering technical aspects and behavioral question related to TSE role. Second Round was Hiring Manager round covering basic behavioral questions. Third round was Take home assignment in configuring new relic agent in a demo project.Fourth round was again technical round covering basic technical and behavioral questions. Final Round was HR round covering more details about job role and salary negotations.The interview process is very quick and transparent
