I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at New Relic in Apr 2023
Interview
Applied to the position through a referral from a friend at NewRelic. Talked to the recruiter for about an hour about the role and what they were expecting. Said I would be speaking to the hiring manager for the next round of screening; they even had a less Senior role open. Instead I got ghosted for a week then declined. Really unprofessional waste of my time. If you don't think I fit the role, tell me up upfront.

I had an impressive experience interviewing with New Relic team. The hiring panel was The Tech bar is definitely high with deep-dive technical probing rounds for coding & Design & a good mix of different complex problems!
The recruitment team was highly supportive making sure the process was seamless. They took care of my additional questions too where I had apprehensions looking at the Glassdoor reviews but I was connected HR manager Sanya who was able to clear all my doubts and gave me confidence about the company & the role.

It's a scam. Never accept any interview invitation from New Relic. They never respond once they are done with the interview. The interview questions were very easy. It's complete wastage of time.
