Single Round Interview. Given basic behavioral questions. Asked to talk about policies I care about and politicians I look up to. Then asked to see which campaigns I would want to join. Straightforward and simple process.

It is a group setting where everyone moreso introduces themselves; very different from a traditional interview but much easier. Almost everyone, if not everyone, advances and gets a position since it is unpaid now.
