Interview
It is very straightforward. First part is a phone call with the recruiter. Then a zoom with the sales manager/GM. Then it is a ride along plus a sit down interview with the GM.
One on one call with team members, multiple interviews. The interview questions were more work ethic principal based rather than skill sets needed before the role begins. Encouraging environment and positive feedback.
