Pretty simple with the recruiter, but their application process was poorly structured. It asked me about the 2 week gap period between my summer internship and starting college and what I was doing prior to that, apparently being a child was not really the correct response.
Easy going. The hiring manager sent an email to ask about my availability for the interview. The first interview was over the phone. The second interview was a video interview. The interviewer was very friendly and explained the job requirements very nicely.
I had three interviews but all went smoothly. But be sure to have questions ready. They really want someone who is a go getter and determined to make it in this business.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at New York Life (Manchester, NH) in May 2024
Interview
It was fairly smooth first interview was mainly about me and qualifications. Second one was essentially a crash course on the position it was a little vague on the beginning being selling mostly insurance though.
