Very personal and thorough interview , started off getting to know each other and talking about work history. Dove into behavior interview questions quickly. Questions were challenging but easily answered with some basic thinking

Give an example of a time you failed at something. Why did you fail
efficient zoom interview but had multiples stages/requirements that made it a bit annoying. Had me watch a video and then fill out and sign up for a secondary interview which is an odd set up in my opinion

Was not really an interview, just the person showing off his salary numbers to coax you into working for them (his job has nothing to do with yours so salary is not comparable)
