Interview
the process didn't take too long. The manager that was interviewing me basically was selling the company to me without really telling me anything. He avoided the question when I asked about salary. It's all commission based. Then they make you take a personality test to see if you match with the company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at New York Life (Jacksonville, FL) in May 2026
Interview
Did a phone interview, vague on offering to try and get you in the door for a F2F. Skeptical towards moving forward due to lack of upfront information and information found online for the fast track to management position.
Super easy interview process that focuses more on you asking questions rather than getting interviewed. If you want this job make sure you spend time asking questions about the company and learning more about the role. Also just realize.
