Call was easy, just casual chatting, went through the job description and what to expect during first year and also options after the first year. Sounds like a cool company to work for you just have to sell insurance your first year

Phone screen with regional partner - Online assessment about behavioral questions - First Interview - Second Interview - Third Interview - Final decision. They reply pretty fast with your application.

If you are to start your own food business, how many family and friends can you ask to taste your food.
Send the application on the first day, receive zoom interview the next day. Very efficient. Then there is an online assessment to finish, mostly to check if the candidate fit the company.
