Interview
Very professional but laid back. I felt very comfortable. Manager gave great insight on the company and position, clarified expectations, and really gave me the desire to want to work there. Interview lasted about one hour but it did not seem as if was that lengthy as the conversation was really interesting.

First is a phone interview. Once you pass the initial phone interview you will be invited back and there is an in person interview followed by tests that are completed online.
