A phone interview and a face to face interview. During the interview we are discussing my previous experience, knowledge of semiconductor and then I got the offer. It is fairly easy.

Very structured and friendly. They have the best HR I have ever experienced. I think they truly know how to attract talent and they will always go the extra mile in making you feel you are worthy and deserving and this is what sets them apart from traditional HR. I interviewed for one position but ended up getting an offer for a higher rank

Last about twenty minutes or so. Applied online you sometimes have to do a quiz or test, very straightforward stuff would recommend
