Phone interview with sales manager. Round 2: in person interview/tour with sales manager.
Round 3: in person interview with another manager.
They want someone who is easy to converse with, has sales experience, capable of learning quickly, desire to achieve, self managed, and will not have a problem becoming licensed.
Had an initial interview with a recruiter and a second interview with a sales manager. Laid back process, it was an enjoyable experience overall. I was offered the job a week after second interview

Pretty basic and typical interview, questions about experience, licensing and time in the industry. Also went into details about the company and what Newrez offers. Very informal especially if the market is hot.

One phone called. Followed by 2 in person interviews. One with a sales manger and one with the VP. The questions were pretty straight forward. It felt like more of a conservation.
