applied to an ad, was contacted within 48 hours. Went in for an interview the next day. Was hired to begin immediately. The person in charge of the interview was serious and no-nonsense and really trying to get a feel of what type of person I am. They were looking for someone who they could trust there customers with and who would solution any problem however big of small.
