Nexthink interview questions

Interview process lacked basic due diligence on candidate fitment. Went through 3 rounds — EM discussion, DSA and HLD — only to be told post-process that experience requirements didn't match what was communicated upfront. Expectations changed mid-process which wasted significant time for both sides. Would recommend the team align on role requirements before initiating interviews.
