Interview
Very lengthy process because they are slow. Application then wait. Phone interview then wait. In-person interview where they use the STAR method of interviewing generally with two management and one HR employees. Oh and then wait. Then they'll call to make a job offer then once accepted they do background checks so you can expect to wait 3 weeks to actually start. All and all probably 3-4 months to get aboard.

STAR method of tell me a time when you had to deal with a difficult employee, etc, etc, etc. Just do an internet search of STAR questions.
