Nigerian Exchange Group interview questions

The first stage is an interview with the role's manager and the Human Resource team. The second stage is with the division head, and the final stage interview is with the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Management.

The interview process was panel based. Line Manager and stakeholders of the department, HR was also included. The questions varied from technical to behavioural, mostly about technical fit for the position. If you progress, they schedule you for a final chat with the CEO to assess cultural fit.
