Very straight forward. Do you think you can do this job. Reveals great deal of responsibility, and challenged applicant to fulfill requirements. review company financial goals. what the company makes every year, and what is expected of the employee to help the company continue to meet these goals. thoroughly review job requirements and duties. job requires applicant to be able to lift 50 lb or more, pick pack and audit orders. operate shipping computer and navigate shipping software with efficiency, keep warehouse clean, work on private label projects, pick pack and prepare LTL shipments. Call in and schedule LTL Freight pick ups etc.
