The interview felt one-sided and rushed. The interviewer asked me to describe my previous job experience and responsibilities but didn’t ask about my skills or how I could contribute to the company. He interrupted frequently, dismissed my answers, and shifted the conversation to a different role I wasn’t applying for. I didn’t feel there was an opportunity to ask questions or engage meaningfully about the role or the company.
