I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nintex in June 2025
Interview
Everything was seamless from start to finish. The recruiter was there every step assisting with answering any questions you might have. After passing the assessment, the next was to meet 2 Tech Leads via Teams meetup and they accommodated me and even though the interview was tough but they made sure I was relaxed and focused. The HR team were very professional and efficient via communicating important information.

I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nintex (Kuala Lumpur) in Sept 2024
Interview
The interview is pretty straightforward, I admire the professionalism for all the interviewer that interviewed me throughout the hiring process.
The HR is super friendly and continuously approach me for scheduling the next rounds of interview.
In total, I encountered 4 rounds of interview:-
Phone Screening -> Test Dorm -> Tech Interview -> Fitting Interview
The interview process took about 1 month starting from phone screen until the fitting interview, it wasn't very tough for a fresh graduate level. The question is quite simple and definitely doable in terms of a fresher.
