No5 Designs interview questions

I went to the interview and they gave me two papers full of questions about business and companies that were not related to the position required in the interview. I spent about an hour answering the questions before going to the actual interview!! When I went in, I was surprised that they wanted me to do more than what was required in the required position. It was a bad experience.
