Interview
4 interviews over google meet. First, second were with HR employees and went smoothly. Third was with HR and project lead/hiring manager, fourth was with Hiring Manager and head of customer success. All contact was positive and really made me feel like I had the job. I had to do a 10 minute presentation about what the product is and how it works along with role play resistant questions. This whole process took a month, I had to take 4 days off and spent so much time working on my presentation. A lot of work went into this. The customer success person who did my final interview was incredibly hard to understand, her connection was poor and she didn’t speak very good English so I struggled to understand but answered the best I could and then the day after my final interview I got an email saying thanks but we went with someone who is more aligned with the company’s needs which quite honestly offended me given the amount of time and effort I had put into this, I was perfect for the job and my experience exceeded the low salary offering too but I wanted to badly be apart of this start up.
