      Sales Interview

      15 Sept 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      New York, NY
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nomia (New York, NY)

      Interview

Nice prescreen from HR, though they promised to let me know if I was moving forward, and never let me know. The hiring manager specifically stated they were looking for someone who is not too young or not too old. Not exactly hiding ageism.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The HR person asked the usual tell me about yourself, and was very pleasant. The hiring manager did most of the talking. No hard questions.
