I applied online. I interviewed at Nordstrom (Torrance, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
I applied online and a week later I got email telling me to finish up my process by E-signing a few things as well as to take an online survey. 2 days later I got a call from one of the hiring managers asking for my availability.
She said she would call me back but never did. They sent out another email telling me they were going in "different direction."

I applied online. I interviewed at Nordstrom (Seattle, WA) in Dec 2016
Interview
First I applied online, then I later got an email asking to schedule a phone interview and waited a few days then did the phone interview asking for my availability and why I want to work at Nordstrom then later scheduled another interview which was in person. The in person interview was a formal interview so had to dress up nice and the in person interview was pretty easy. And a few days later I got a phone call and got the job

Question 1
Questions relating to job situations such as if a customer had a problem, how would you handle it?
I applied online. I interviewed at Nordstrom (Eugene, OR)
Interview
First interview is an at home interview where you answer questions that Nordstrom wants you to record an answer to. Then I got offered an in person interview. I walked into the store. Waited a couple minutes while an employee grabbed the hiring manager. Two people interviewd me at once. Each question should be answered using your own personal experience. They promise they'll get back to you either way, but they never did with me which makes me glad to not work for this store in particular. The hiring team seems very hectic and not at all considerate.
