I first did a phone interview with the regional HR, then was scheduled for a 1-on-1 interview with the local HR, then finally interviewed with the Cosmetics Department Assistant Manager. I was hired that day and began new employee training a few days later. Interview process mostly consisted of asking whether I had worked in retail or not, how much experience I had, how I would react in certain situations, and examples of ways that I had reacted in situations in previous working environments.
