Interview
I applied online and got an email to schedule a phone screening a few weeks later. Phone interview was pretty basic, nothing unexpected, the lady interviewing me was really nice. She then scheduled an in-person meeting with the HR manager the next day- again, no unexpected questions. I was then called back a couple of days later to schedule an interview with the store manager. They sent me an email asking for additional info and they called my references a week later.
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
