I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Nordstrom (New Britain, CT) in June 2014
Interview
Applied online, a recruiter called the house not long after- I'd been in the same position at a different company for years, so it was a breeze. Recruiter called from the west coast, tried to get a hold of the district manager. Never got a hold of him even though she said I passed with flying colors. Resorted to sending my infer to the district manager as a last effort. 3 weeks later. No rejection letter, no call either.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Nordstrom (Dallas, TX) in Sept 2017
Interview
went very well, I enjoyed the interview as I ended up interviewing with two different women while there unexpectedly but both really liked me and I got a call back the very next day unfortunately the pay was not where I need it to be so I had to decline their offer.
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Nordstrom (Eugene, OR) in May 2016
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by the Loss Prevention District Manager within a few days. We had about an hour phone interview that went well. Goldsmith stated he would be making a decision by the end of the week. He never contacted me so I called him a week later and never got a response. I called him again and finally got a call back on my voicemail where he said he was getting the final things together. I tried to call him/email him and again never got a response. I finally gave up.
I still have yet to heard back from him and it's been about 2 months. I never got communication from him letting me know I didn't get the job. I had plenty of experience and he seemed impressed so I was hopeful during the interview.
Wish company communication was better so I wasn't just hanging on.
