Interview
I had to initially go on to the Nordstrom website and submit my resume. They then sent me an e-mail telling me that they would contact me if I fit any open positions. They then e-mailed me to electronically set a time and day for a phone interview. After the phone interview which was very basic information, they scheduled a time for me to come in for one on ones. I then interviewed with several department managers. They then called me back in a few days.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to convince someone of something.
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
