Interview
They did a phone screening interview that pretty much asks about your customer service and sales abilities (helpful, competitive, motivated, etc). If you pass that you go on to an in-person interview with the floor manager and assistant manager. They pretty much ask the same questions but more about being a team player and your drive to sell. After, they do a walk through of the floor and ask you to pick out an outfit for them based on a situation. It has to have all the pieces like accessories, shoes, jacket, whatever. Then explain why you picked it and why things go together to test your fashion sense.

Explain a time you had to convince a customer to buy from you or agree with a situation?
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
