I had a phone interview an interview w/ the HR assistant , an interview with the department manager, an interview with the store manager and now they are calling my references! Many steps and waiting for the position ~ The store manager and the department manager were both on vacation the week after my first interview with the department manager.

A few questions with someone then you’ll meet with a manager in a department they think you would good for. The department manager had me pick out an outfit for a pretend customer and describe why I picked certain items

Talk about a previous great experience you gave to a customer
Normal behavioral questions and questions related to retail experience/interest in fashion. Nice interviewer was low pressure experience. Interviewed by department manager. Heard back day of interview and started training very soon after.

Applied online. Got an email about a week later. Went in to a Seasonal Hiring Event. Interviewed with a manager. Most questions were situational questions. Very easy process. Offererred position on the spot.
