Interview
I didn't receive another interview or offer from HR, I think it was due to the fact that I was also a part-time teacher and my shifts with my teaching job didn't coincide with the shifts at Nordstrom. The HR rep was a little snippy but maybe she just had a bad day, she did encourage me to look into future openings when my schedule became more free.
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
