It was over the phone and very causal. We mainly discussed my previous experience. I was also asked my personal strengths and how they would be useful for the job. I was asked a weakness I had, as well as a time there was an obstacle while working and how I overcame that.

Previous experience and why I wanted to work there
Very easy. Hired during seasonal so as long as you have an interest in working there and can go above and beyond for a customer that is what they care about!
Interview was easy and straightforward. They just want to get to know you, especially how customer service forward you are. Mainly consisted of a call with HR. They talked a little bit about the company and the role, certain benefits, location of office, etc.

Great job love the manager made it through college highly recommend to anyone looking to have a fun work environment front of house of best but I always helped out on the floor to get to know the others
