Nordstrom Sales Associate- Shoes interview questions

it was very intimidating but easy, it was a total of three parts, i met with the shoe manager , interviewed with her then i went to the sales floor and was put on the spot. They make you role play a sale encounter with a customer if they like it you'll get to meet the store manager which usually implies to you getting the offer in the next few days !

Nordstrom is a highly respected retailer and although the interview was somewhat formal, it was also very relaxed. I felt I was able to maintain a nice conversation with my interviewer and it was mostly stereotypical interview questions.
