North York Community House interview questions

Strait forward was hired on the spot, we had nice conversation was asked why I want to work there and etc I answered and eventually I was given an offer for the spring the job was temporary and it was about kids

The first was a phone interview, where they basically wanted to know if there was a match. The second interview was an in-person interview with the hiring manager, executive director, and I believe HR. The process was straight forward.
