Interview
I was interviewed three times for this position. First by a supervisor, then the program manager and then the team I would be working with. I hear that all interviews are like this. The team was nervous to meet me as much as I was to meet them. But this is the part where the program manager steps out of the room and you can really gauge what it is like working for the company. Being in a setting like that can be intimidating - but I just looked at it as my audience to entertain. All I had to do was be myself to make them like me. In the three years since, I've never heard the team not recommend someone for hire.
