Northern Alberta Institute of Technology interview questions

Had an interview with the hiring manager and one of their colleagues in October 2025 and was asked standard behavior type questions. Conversation went well but I heard nothing from them since. Found out through a bounce back email after sending a follow up that the hiring manager was fired. Common courtesy would be to tell people who interview for a position the result of that interview. Doesn't really reflect positively on an organization's culture if they think that ghosting candidates is appropriate.
