Northern Ireland Water interview questions

2 stage competency question based interview with problem solving ethos. Giving examples of experience relevant of when I had encountered certain scenarios and how I had dealt with or improved the situation within the parameters of legal and Policy standards.

The interview was done via Microsoft Teams online which was very manageable and links sent at the time of the interview offer and it was held with a panel of 2 people. Both asked questions on the role. From the application to interview it took around 3 weeks.
