Phone call was the initial start of the process. The xall is followed up with an email prompting you to do a culture survey and skills test. Once thats done, an in person "get to know you" interview is set. They dont tend to call it an interview, they just want to see if your personality is a good fit for theirs simce you will work as a team. They go over the comparison explanation of both you and your potential boss' culture survey. Depending on this, they may call u after with a job offer, or if there are many interviewing for the position, you may be called back for another interview.
