Short interview - questions regarding why I wanted the position, how my skills might be relevant, questions about previous work experience, volunteer activities, future goals. Discussion about the job requirements, discussion about the life and FINRA exams that needed to be taken within certain time frames. Tour of the office and chance to ask current associates questions.

Decently fast paced. With great employees that asked great questions. I was thorough w my responses and didn’t apply too much pressure with assertiveness. There were a few questions I wasn’t fully prepared for so study prior to any interview anyways.
Incredibly easy, you'd need to give them a reason not to take you. I got a job in 10 minutes over the phone from getting a referral from someone. Not going to complain though.
interviewed with two Financial advisors -- not a standard interview -was more of a conversation - very laid back compared to other formal interviews-- follow up received next business day for 2nd interview
