Interview
The interview process began with an initial screening conducted by members of the laboratory. This stage focused on assessing general fit, communication skills, and alignment with the group’s research interests.
Subsequently, the discussion transitioned into a more in-depth evaluation of my academic background and prior research. I was asked to elaborate on my published work, including the scientific rationale, methodologies employed, and key findings. The conversation also explored my ability to critically analyze research in the field.
