Located through a recruiter. Initial interview was a phone screening, called back for in person the following week. Met with dept. manager, director and hr director. Received offer the following week.

The process consisted of phone screening, and then several 30 minute interviews with groups of 2-3 individuals in the department I would be joining. Overall it was professional and cordial, and everything was completed in a timely manner. Final steps were references and a background check.
