Interview process was really relaxed. I met with a graduate student, who went through all the projects the lab was involved in. He was very open to questions and did a good job giving me a brief overview of the various projects.
I was told that I was accepted for the position within two weeks of the interview.

Asked questions regarding research experience, asked to discuss things apart from resume. Spoke particularly about experience with language in a social context. Discussed why I wanted the position and spoke about interest in sociolinguistics, experience with creating language, participating in spelling bees, taking sociolinguistic coursework. Experience with qualitative and quantitative research.
