It was supposed to be a 30 minute interview, but it turned into an hour because the interviewer and I got along so well. I think it was more of an interview to see if someone would be the right fit for the lab rather than based on qualifications alone.

Phone Interview, followed by face-to-face interview with Professor and various members of the research lab. Brief HR meeting to discuss benefits. Also had to give a presentation of past research projects.

Interview
The interview process was good. I met with the lead investigator we talked about the vision of the lab I would be working. The lead investigator took me on a tour of the lab and I also meet with staff as well. The process overall was easy and I was able to get the job within two weeks of the interview.
