I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Northwestern University (Evanston, IL) in June 2017
Interview
Online app then face to face interview.
Required to make a training video with me performing task of the internship which I thought was pretty pointless.
Interviewer seemed pretty uninterested in the process overall and seemed they created an internship program just to say they have one.
I interviewed at Northwestern University (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Very chill, met with the manager and explained my background. We discussed the job and how my interests aligned with the position. Met with 3 members of the department, one of which would be my direct supervisor, the other two ran the internship program.

What is your familiarity with our departments major projects?
Everyone was very kind and the interview went well. We had a video interview first and a zoom interview for the second round. Spoke to the floor manager and a few other employees on the floor.
The interview process at Northwestern Law School's Center for Wrongful Convictions was informal and conversational. They asked about my resume and why I was interested in interning for the summer.
