It’s pretty quick, yet competitive. When I came in for my first round interview there were 4 others being interviewed for the same position, though each one is conducted 1 on 1. I sat down with one of the hiring managers about 10 minutes before my scheduled time, and it was nice I didn’t have to wait too long. This interview was pretty short, but they asked me about my background, told me about the job duties and company goals, and asked me a few more questions about how I would handle different tasks associated with the position. I was invited back for the second round and met someone who was doing the same role I would be doing. They went way more in depth into the company, what a day to day looks like, and what my career would look like. Afterwards they had me fill out a questionnaire to explain what I had learned during the interview process.
