Novacom Building Partners interview questions

Very positive 2 interviews. First with HR, second with construction team. Reason for negative review is Novacom became silent after the 2 interviews. Would not respond to recruiter or myself. However kept promoting role online. Makes me nervous to think how they would treat their employees or customers if they did this to me.
