Novanta Engineer interview questions

email from recruiter asking a few questions, answered, got back to me within a few days to set up interview with hiring manager, onsite interview and then offer about 2 weeks later

Four interviews both technical and situational. One is with an HR representative, the others are with leaders within the company and a high-level engineer from any position you applied. Took about a month to get the final offer.
