I had an initial interview with a very friendly HR representative, followed by a second interview with the hiring manager. Both conversations were pleasant and professional, and the overall process was straightforward.
Two days after the second interview, I was informed that the company had decided to move forward with other candidates. I appreciated the prompt communication, although no feedback was provided regarding the decision. Some additional feedback or clearer expectations regarding the technical fit would have been helpful, but overall the process was efficient and respectful.
