I had 4 rounds of interviews. The first round was with Talent Acquisition, which included a brief description of the role and my previous experience to determine suitability for the role. The second and third rounds were with the hiring managers and team members, and included a more detailed description of the role and a deeper dive into my previous experience. These rounds included multiple situational, behavioral and technical questions. The fourth round was with the manager of a different team, and focused more on behavioral questions to ensure alignment with company values.

This job is more like a QA jobs like handle audit documents and stuff. So the recruiter expected the candidate will have more experience managing documents, as lesser technical skills are needed
Phone interview with HR then phone interview with the hiring manager, on site interview with whole team. Asked pertinent questions. Was given the tour of the lab and office areas.
